Our product has a new name. SeqGPT is now Omabit.

What's in a name?

Omabit is short for chrOMAtin BITs, pieces of chromatin. Chromatin is the packaged form of DNA inside cells, the structure that organizes and regulates access to genetic information. Omabit works with the individual pieces of that data: sequences, variants, expression profiles, and the metadata that ties them together.

The name fits what we do. We help researchers make sense of the bits and pieces of genomic data that matter most.

What's changing?

Just the product name. Our company is still Hidden Pieces. The product, the team, and the mission are the same: we're building a conversational interface for genomic analysis.
